Favourite Scraps

A quick post today to share a flapped tag I made following a fabulous tutorial by Paulien at SWIRLYDOOS where she shared a great idea for using up all your favourite scraps of paper - I have a few (lol!).

I had these fabulous Graphic45 Ladies Diary papers left over from the Quotes Book I made earlier in the Autumn and they were just perfect for this tag.

Click HERE if you would like to see Paulien's tutorial.

We are bracing ourselves for a heavy winter storm at the moment.  80-90 mph NW winds expected through the night and then heavy snow and gales tomorrow.  Wind chill is putting us at -10 degrees so it is going to feel cold!!  I think the winds are on the way south (sorry!) but the snow is just here in the north I think.  Take care x

Looks great Jennie, I have probably enough papers to make half a ton of these... :)
Hope the storm won't hit you too badly, here it's starting to brew up quite a bit already....

Such a fabulous way to use your scraps, they work beautifully layered like this and the flower and lace etc finish it off beautifully. Stay safe and warm, our temperature is dropping but nor to anything like yours. Take care.

Beautiful tag! The papers are wonderful!!

Hope you are staying safe and warm! We have a cold front moving in tomorrow, but not nearly as chilly as what you are having right now...
