It's Tag Friday at A Vintage Journey !

Hello everyone and it is great to have you here for our Tag Friday at A Vintage Journey with the DT showcasing tags in their own style using Tim's products or techniques.


I had great fun putting this tag together using Tim and Ranger products in my mixed media style. There are no "how to" photographs as this really just emerged.


I used a piece of Wallflower Stash paper as the base tag and used tissue tape, texture paste and gesso before spritzing with Peeled Paint Distress Spray Stain. A little bit of stamping finished it off. I love my new Correspondence Stamps - there are so many little stamps to use on a tag like this.


I absolutely adore this Cone Flower - again I used Peeled Paint Distress Spray Stain to paint it.


I added a little more tissue tape, photographic ribbon and a great sentiment to balance the colours and design on the tag.

As you know, I adore this... honestly one of my favourite tags from the last (almost) three years of exploring Craftyblogland. I'm not even entirely sure what it is... yes, the delicate colours, the wonderful shabby distressing, brilliantly delicate stamping - as a whole it just makes my heart sing.
