A Cup of Tea for Your Art

..... that's our new challenge over at A Vintage Journey and no surprises that it is me who is hosting the challenge!

You know how much I love dying anything that comes across my desk and this month I am challenging you all to pour a cup of tea (or coffee) and use it in your project.

In your cup you could dye lace, ribbon, wood, paper and flowers, or use it to create splashes or cup rings on your project. And don't just limit yourself to "ordinary tea" - there's green tea, yellow tea, black tea, herbal and fruit teas - whatever you've got in your cup!

As I am the host this month I am only going to give you a few "sneak peeks" as I will be back later in the month with a full project tutorial. I have used Eileen Hull's Wrap Around Journal die to create this little vintage book full of stamped papers and envelopes.

In the meantime why don't you hop on over to A Vintage Journey and check out all the wonderful projects created by my fellow Creative Guides. You will be totally inspired !!

So get the kettle and get crafting!
