GC84 Colour Challenge

A very belated posting for the Gingersnap Creations Snow, Pine and Mahogany challenge.  It was still the "Christmas" period when I made this hanging, hence the rather glittery Christmas feel.  The flower and leaves were made by sticking calico onto grungepaper with Claudine Hellmuth matte medium and then putting the pieces through the Tattered Florals die.   The outer petals are cut individually to give a bit more depth.  Rock Candy Distress Stickles really give a lovely frosty feel.  I have used White Acrylic Paint and Pine Needles and Aged Mahogany Distress Inks.

I am entering this into the GC84 Colour Challenge over on Gingersnap Creations.  Click the link here if you want to see how others have interpreted the colours - some of which are spectactular !
