Grungy Monday - Colour Wash
Another lovely challenge from Linda over at Studio L3 Exploring Adirondack Colour Wash. Great! Only problem is I only own two - Sailboat Blue and Butterscotch. And ... I've never really used them either.
I was very inspired by the Guest Designers pieces, including Linda's wonderful scarf. I am also a GREAT admirer of Hels' work too and have sitting on my desk a lovely piece made by her absolutely bursting with grungepaper roses. So as I haven't made one for quite a while I thought it would make a good project for the Butterscotch Colour Wash. I really liked the way the mountboard took the two colours as well, but it is amazing how the same colours are so much darker on grungepaper - making it look as though I own more than just the two (lol).
So do click the link HERE and hop over to Linda's blog and the details of the challenge. Do please have a look at the wonderful projects being submitted, particularly Linda's scarf, as all the projects show just how versatile this product is.
Thank you (again!) for a great challenge Linda - I will certainly be using mine more often and adding to my little stock.
